The Rainbow Democrats are proud to be the host caucus for the Florida LGBTQ+ Democratic Caucus Winter Conference: All In To Win In 2020. The conference will take place Friday March 6th – Sunday March 8th at the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside Hotel.

2020 is a crucial election year as we seek to evict Donald Trump from the White House, and Florida is the state Democrats need to win in November, with 29 electoral votes up for grabs. With a volatile Trump administration that has become increasingly hostile to the LGBTQ+ community, LGBTQ+ Floridians, especially trans women of color, cannot afford another 4 years of Donald Trump.

The All In To Win In 2020 Winter Conference will bring LGBTQ+ Democrats and allies from across the state to hear from party leaders and elected officials on how the Trump administration has been an impediment to progress, and how on November 3rd, we’re going to tell him “you’re fired!” From attempting to ban transgender Americans from serving in the military to arguing that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 doesn’t protect workers in the workplace from workplace discrimination, Donald Trump and Mike Pence have been on a crusade against LGBTQ+ Americans since day 1 of their administration.
