A message from Brandon Nelson, President of the Rainbow Democrats
Fellow Democrats,
Due to the nationwide outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the increase of outbreak cases in Central Florida, out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our members, and also for the staff at The Center, the April 8th general meeting of the Rainbow Democrats will be cancelled. Please keep a look out for communications from myself or our board members with regards to updates for the May general meeting. We will be communicating vital information through e-mail, our website (www.rainbowdemocrats.org) and through our Facebook page.
In order to reduce potential exposure to the Coronavirus, we encourage everyone to continue to practice good hygiene, avoid large crowds, and self-isolate if you are not feeling well. We are hopeful that the precautions being taken across the country and in our own backyard by businesses and organizations will help mitigate the spread of the virus, especially across Central Florida.
We encourage everyone to visit the Centers for Disease Control website for any questions or concerns over the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak.
