WHEREAS The United States House of Representatives will be charging Donald John Trump, President of the United States of America, with two articles of impeachment
WHEREAS The first article of impeachment is abuse of power into the handling of withholding federal aid from Ukraine in order to obtain information on a perceived political rival, and
WHEREAS The second article of impeachment is obstruction of Congress, refusing to allow several key witnesses to testify and release to the public factual information pertaining to Article 1.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Rainbow Democrats support the impeachment of President Donald Trump, as no one is above the law, not even the President of the United States.
